Brick & Mortar Portfolio: Innovative Western Wear Brand

Our client is an innovative western wear brand known as the first to integrate athletic footwear technology into boots for equestrian athletes.

The Challenge:

We were approached by the brand’s visual merchandising team to produce a line of rugs that would match the iconic and timeless look of their stores. These rugs needed to be resilient, durable, and stylish, just like their footwear & apparel.

A shared culture of craftsmanship.

“World-class product requires world-class design, materials and workmanship… from the finish and durability… to the stitches per inch”. - Client

As one product-obsessed brand collaborating with another, we knew this relationship would center around a seamless ordering process & the production of durable pieces that can withstand high-traffic and heavy hooves.

The Solution:

We kicked off our collaboration by showcasing select pieces from our collections that complemented the brand’s aesthetic. After receiving input from the client, our design team customized these patterns to better reflect their unique identity. We carefully curated colors to harmonize with each store’s environment, ensuring that each rug complemented the specific layout and ambiance of its intended placement.

For construction, we selected our ultra-dense, hand-tufted commercial-quality rugs. Built to withstand the demands of high-traffic retail settings, this choice provided the durability and quality necessary for a busy store environment while maintaining a luxurious feel that aligned with the brand’s premium image.

The Result: Our first project together was a seamless success, resulting in the installation of custom rugs that matched the client’s vision and brand. Due to this success, our collaboration expanded, with our design studio now providing rugs for several flagship stores, including Nashville and Las Vegas. Our rugs help define the customer journey, creating cohesive branded environments that enhance the shopping experience from entrance to product display.
